About Rudy's Tire Co.

Rudy's Tire Co. is a tire shop in St Paul, Minnesota. It is listed at 941 W Minnehaha Ave, St Paul, MN 55104, which places it among the local businesses of St Paul that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as used tire shop, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

Hours are published for 6 days a week. Typical hours are 8 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (651) 487-1002. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 505 reviews, which is a strong result for a tire shop in St Paul and suggests consistent service.

St Paul is in Minnesota, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and St Paul follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Waited for over an hour with only three cars in front of us when we were next. we watched them just talk then jacke up a car and walk away annd leave I there for like 20 minutes every time. Then they told us IT WOULD BE LONGER BECAUSE THEY NEED TO EAT they had to go on break and that they ALL had to go on break at the SAME DAMN TIME and LEFT THREE CARS JACKED UP TO JUST WAIT !!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 08/08/2026 is the day we attempted to get service. They may have had quick service before but NOT today, there were more workers than cars waiting to be serviced and all they did was talk and joke literally almost 30 minutes per car or more and we only needed ONE tires to be changed, they may look like they’re hard working people but no one was working hard today at allllll and they only except cash which was another upset now that we’re in 2026 August of 2026, customer service needs to be better service was extremely terrible. We just ended up leaving, it wasn’t even a lot of cars it was only 12:00 noon and there was three cars behind us not busy AT ALL to wait over and hour to be serviced.

There was a nail stuck in my tire, I asked google AI where I could get a same day tire patch near me. It took me so Rudy's and it was true - in about 5 minutes they were removing the tire , at most 15 minutes later it was finished. Good price, must have cash. ** USE GPS to find the address, it is not actually on Minnehaha Ave, it is behind the liquor store there.

Hi I just wanted to say they very quick, but I feel they rush things a lot. I bought a tire from there literally yesterday which was 10/23/2025 on a Thursday tell me why today is Literally FRIDAY!!!!! 10/24/2025 and the dam tire is going flat and all I did was came home parked it. These people sold me a bad tire I have the video of it’s flat. Please guys for Christ sake be good humans and do right by people. The economy is hard enough and although I know the tires not brand new at least be decent tires to where they last a while longer than a day this absurd. How can I get this fixed please cause I paid yesterday for a tire that’s going flat today
